I just realized I had the Raiders in the tipping comp. That will give me 6/8 for the round.

If only Hodgo had kicked that goal.

A sad day for Brett Hodgeson.

Not the best game as well but certainly came down to the wire which was exciting.

I see the EEEeeels got up as well... must have been all that 'passive' support they got from the Leichhardt region.

The Souths v Cowboys was an absolutely incredible game of footy.

The half-time score was 12-4 to the Cowboys. The Cowboys go 28-4 after 7 minutes of the second half. At this stage I was about to text BOM re never tipping Souths again. Distracted by parenting duties I get back to the game and it is 28-22. Souths aren't done with yet.

Then Souths score and Luke lands a pressure kick from wide out.

Then it all happened. Eventually after a frantic passage of play on the Cowboys' line, South remembered that all they needed was a point to win the game. They got the field goal and not even a minute left in the game.

Then, from the kick off, Souths knocked on! If that wasn't bad enough, the Cowboys were awarded a differential penalty from the scrum. They can't take a shot for goal so kick for touch.

It was pretty tense.

They set up for a field goal from the tap almost right on Souths goal line which Souths charge down. The Bunnies win!

A ripper of a game. If I read the table right, Souths are now ahead of both the Cowboys and Bulldogs. If the Warriors lose then Souths will end up in 13th place on F/A.

Once again Shaun I think we've gone for the same tips (until you change them at the last minute).

I've got an uneasy feeling about the Bunnies.. they should easily win on paper (and next week come to that) and they've sucked me into tipping them again, I'm sure it can't end well.

I do, however, look forward to watching the Tigers towell the hapless Warriors at the Couldren Of Pain on Sunday with my best girl by my side (little Pixie-Mai O'Measles - age 10) regardless of the colour shirt I will be forced, unfairly, to wear and probably get beaten-up in front of my daughter..... I won't go on.

Have a good one.
