I think the good thing going for him is that he is actually one of the smaller kids, so he has not just relied on being slightly skilled but bigger and faster and thus able to just out body or just run past the other kids. He also holds himself well when being tackled, which is the sign of a good player. The thing that will be telling is what happens when he comes up against defenders that are balanced and don’t just rush in. If he stays interested in the game and keeps pushing his limits, then he may not stand out as much but may well be playing for the Socceroos as he gets older. Hard work and a bit of luck (mainly avoiding injury) is what makes champions.
I actually like the weight of the ball as he feeds it off to his teammates, this suggests a innate vision and understanding of where they are on the field and the speed they are moving at. It looks like he has great vision. Time will tell.
He’s also got British grandparents, so FFA should cap him as soon as he’s within shouting distance of U-17 eligibility, the level of knowledge he’s displaying at his age is phenomenal.
Hate to admit it, but I read somwhere on news.com.au that he will be moving to England permantly and he already has a British Passport. That probably means we willll never see him in the Australian Squad, as he willno oubt have the opportunity to play for England. Sad that.

Saw that last night. He’s brilliant.
I do wonder whether such child prodigies will be that far ahead of the others when they say are 16 or so.
But best of luck to him. Better be playing for the Socceroos in the 2014 or 2018 World Cup.
