I remember the glory days of Union when it was quite watchable. The past few years have turned the sport in a boring, predictable mess.

2 right so far this round. I was fearing the worst after last night’s upsets.

Which as depressing me, until I caught some of the yawnion on telly last night and I thought “cheer up! Things could be much worse — you could follow that tedious trainwreck of a sport!”

Yes indeed. I was stunned after the first 15 minutes. Apart from the Storm and Manly, if the NRL teams were racehorses there would be a stewards’ inquiry in the offing.

And the Roosters! 62 points against the Cowboys (not mention their 30 points). What is going on in this comp.

I spent most of the day in the bloody torrential rain going to Taree and back. What an experience.

Rumour that the Knights game may be called off as EAS is underwater.

Tell me why we do it Shaun.

Every week I line up for a kicking by my fellow tipsters. I’m 4 points off the pace and in need of some sweet upset action.

Thus :
1. Bunnies (Facing life in the bottom 8 – Must win for Souths + apart from DK, they’re full strength)
2. Raiders (Eels without Hayne & Hindmarsh……)
3. Cowboys (I feel sorry for the Roosters … NOT!!!)
4. Warriors (Your thinking is sound on this one)
5. Knights (Hodgo is not playing.)
6. Dragons (I agree, there was some spark there last week – Watch out for Soward + Sharks have a 5/8 on debut – Watts)
