Cheesh! Even if it’s only an excuse to spend my afternoon supping with Champagne Socialista at her groovy hideaway, it’s still worthwhile.
And, despite my last post (below), I’ve decided that the combination of railings and racehorse is a winner. Railings is my bet. Maybe Tawqeet too. Maybe Yeats. Railings? Tawqeet?
Or maybe just the good old mystery box?

I’ve gone $5 on Tawkeet and $5 on Delta Blues. Tawkeey because there is some backing for it and a good bet. And the reason for Delta Blues is simply I like the name.

It’s so difficult! I’ve not even read the form yet, but will. I like Railings because he won the Saab, and both times I’ve backed Saab Quality winners they’ve stormed home – the divine Subzero and Brew.

The horses are beautiful. It’s the rest of it the Cup palaver that leaves me cold.
